How can we help?

Start with the guide below, browse the FAQ, or write to the product team directly. Response times can vary during the private beta.

Getting started

  1. 1Take the tour firstThe interactive demo walks the intended loop on fictional sample data. It does not create live records or send messages.
  2. 2Capture something realOnce you're signed in, open Communicate and record or upload evidence about a pending change. Review the source and any AI-prepared draft before using it.
  3. 3Complete and send your first recordCheck the linked evidence, correct the scope, enter the verified cost and schedule impact, and approve. Sending the homeowner link is a separate action you control.

Frequently asked questions

What does Home Builder Hub actually do?

It uses captured jobsite evidence to prepare scope drafts, then keeps the builder review, builder-entered cost and schedule impact, homeowner decision, trade acknowledgment, and source evidence on the same change record.

Do I need an account to try it?

No. The interactive demo runs on sample data with no sign-up. A real account (private beta, by invite) is only needed to capture your own projects.

How do I get a beta invite?

Use the contact page or email us with a little about your building operation and current change-order workflow. We review design-partner requests for fit and follow up about availability.

Where does the AI get its information?

The change-order candidate is prepared from evidence you capture and keeps those source references attached, so the builder can inspect the basis of the draft before approving.

Can the AI approve a change order by itself?

No. AI only prepares the draft. A change cannot become confirmed without explicit builder approval and a homeowner response, each recorded on the change record.

Does AI calculate the cost or schedule impact?

No. The builder enters and verifies cost and schedule impact. AI can prepare the scope from captured evidence, but it does not estimate, price, or make the commercial decision.

Are approval and trade links sent automatically?

No. Approval and delivery are separate. The builder explicitly chooses to email a secure link or copy it into another channel and remains responsible for confirming delivery.

What happens if the AI gets a draft wrong?

Reject it or edit it. The original evidence stays attached, and nothing reaches a homeowner or trade until the builder separately chooses a send action.

Does it work on my phone?

The web experience is responsive and designed for phone-sized screens. Native iOS and Android builds are still in beta development; store availability is not promised yet.

Who can see my project data?

Signed-in product access is gated during the beta. A homeowner or trade link grants access to one specific record and should be treated as private; authorized operators may also access data when needed to run or support the service. See the privacy policy for details.
