The service

Home Builder Hub stores jobsite evidence, uses AI to prepare scope and task drafts, and records builder, homeowner, and trade actions on a change record. It is an invite-only private beta: features, availability, and supported workflows may change.

The beta is not a replacement for your estimating, accounting, legal review, contract administration, or master construction schedule. Keep your own source records and do not rely on Home Builder Hub as the sole system of record for business-critical work.

Your account

Keep your credentials to yourself and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You're responsible for activity under your account.

You must have the right to record and upload the conversations you capture. Recording-consent laws vary by state — obtaining any required consent from participants is your responsibility.

AI drafts are drafts

AI may prepare scope and task suggestions from captured evidence. It does not price work or verify schedule impact. The builder must review and correct the scope, enter and verify commercial impact, and decide whether the record is complete and buildable.

Home Builder Hub is not a party to, and is not responsible for, contracts between builders, clients, or trades. Product records are not legal, estimating, engineering, or accounting advice.

Approval and delivery

Builder approval does not automatically deliver a record. Sending an email or copying a secure link is a separate action. Email and link delivery can fail, be filtered, or reach the wrong person; the builder remains responsible for recipient details and confirming delivery before work proceeds.

A product confirmation or acknowledgment records the interaction in the beta. Whether it forms an enforceable signature or contract depends on your documents, process, and applicable law; obtain your own legal advice.

Your data

You own your captured evidence and project records. You grant us the license needed to store and process them to provide the service — see the privacy policy for details. Sample/demo data is ours and is entirely fictional.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service to break the law, to upload content you have no right to, to probe or disrupt the infrastructure, or to resell access. We may suspend accounts that put other users or the service at risk.

Beta terms, warranties, and liability

The service is provided “as is” during the beta, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (during the free beta, that's zero).

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue beta features. Contact us to discuss whatever export options the current tooling supports; we do not promise a specific export format or notice period unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We'll post changes here with a new effective date and provide additional notice when required by law or a separate beta agreement. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept it.
